RuneScape players obtain ancient effigies as starved ancient effigies. Upon investigation, they go from starved to nourished, sated, and gorged before rewarding RuneScape players with a Dragonkin Lamp.
An effigy requests one of two skills the RuneScape player must choose from. These skills are always in these pairings. RuneScape players can use boosts to investigate or assist, see using boosts guide and using assist guide. Also regarding assists, see How to get fast assists and efficient use of the assist system. It is better to give away the experience via assist than to give away the whole effigy for the lesser Varrock Museum reward.
